Clear Answers When Something Goes Wrong

Returns & Refunds

Returns are uncommon with fishing baits, but order problems can happen. Contact us when something is damaged, incorrect, defective, or simply not what you expected, and we will work through it with you.

Start By Contacting Us

Contact Table Rock Custom Baits within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Tell us what happened and include your order number. Photographs are helpful when an item or package arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Section 01

Reporting An Issue

Please contact us within 14 days after delivery when you need help with an order or want to request a return.

Include your name, order number, the product involved, and a clear explanation of the issue. When something arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include photographs of the product and packaging when reasonably possible.

Please do not mail products back without contacting us first. We need to review the situation and provide return instructions or another resolution.

Section 02

Standard Product Returns

An unused and unopened standard catalog product may be eligible for return when the request is made within 14 days of delivery and approved by Table Rock Custom Baits.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been opened, used, altered, rigged, exposed to contaminants, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for a return based on preference.

Section 03

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Orders

Contact us when an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered. After reviewing the issue, we may replace the affected item, issue a refund, provide a store credit, or offer another reasonable solution.

Table Rock Custom Baits will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when the problem resulted from our mistake, a verified product defect, or qualifying shipping damage.

Handmade soft plastics may show minor differences in color, flake placement, translucency, or finish from one pour to another. Normal handmade variation is not automatically considered a defect.

Section 04

Custom And Special Orders

Custom colors, color matching, personalized combinations, special pours, one-off requests, and other products made specifically to a customer’s instructions are final sale once production has begun.

We will still help when a custom or special-order item is damaged, defective, or does not reasonably match the order we agreed to produce.

Section 05

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Table Rock Custom Baits will cover reasonable approved return or replacement shipping costs.
  • Preference returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping when the product was ordered correctly and is being returned because of a change of mind, preference, or ordering mistake.
  • Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.

Original shipping charges are not refundable on preference returns. This does not apply when the return results from our error, a verified defect, or qualifying shipping damage.

Section 06

Refunds And Replacements

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within five business days after the returned product is received and inspected or after another refund resolution is approved.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit to your account. That processing time is controlled by the financial institution rather than Table Rock Custom Baits.

When a replacement makes more sense than a refund, we will explain the replacement plan and any expected production or shipping time.

Section 07

Changes And Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible when an order needs to be changed or canceled. Because orders are handmade to order, a cancellation or change cannot be guaranteed after production has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. An eligible standard product may instead be handled under the approved return process described above.

Section 08

Let Us Know What Happened

Start through our Contact page. Include your name, order number, the product involved, and a description of the problem.

Returns may be uncommon in this industry, but that does not mean an order issue should be ignored. We want a fair opportunity to understand the problem and help find the right resolution.
